It's pretty clear to me the one fellow there quit attending classes so he could get his visa cancelled, and he'd turn into an IN STATE TUITION ELIGIBLE STUDENT.
The current immigration policies of a number of states (the instate/outofstate thing is as much an element of immigration policy as is getting busted for driving drunk and killing people and not having an American driver's license) are COUNTERPRODUCTIVE
Would not surprise me that this was his plan....why pay full tuition as a legal student when you can get in state tuition as an illegal alien
