There once was an algae to oil company that had slick brochures, a really neat web site, and great plans with international licenses.
And they had a demo plant (an abandoned shrimp plant gone slimy). Not one drop of oil, not one pond in the desert, nothing but hot air and hope the suckers would fall for it.
There are no new scams, just old ones reworked and polished.
No new scams... Just new gullible people to sucker...
