Obama admin. surrenders in HHS mandate case against Bible publisher
WASHINGTON, May 6, 2013 (LifeSiteNews.com) - At the government’s own request, a federal appellate court Friday dismissed the Obama administration’s appeal of an order that stopped the president from enforcing the HHS birth control mandate against a Bible publisher. The administration’s retreat marks the first total appellate victory on a preliminary injunction in any abortion pill mandate case.
Alliance Defending Freedom attorneys representing Tyndale House Publishers say the administration is apparently nervous about trying to defend its position that a Bible publisher is not religious enough for a religious exemption to the mandate.
“Bible publishers should be free to do business according to the book that they publish,” said Senior Legal Counsel Matt Bowman. “The government dismissed its appeal because it knows how ridiculous it sounds arguing that a Bible publisher isn’t religious enough to qualify as a religious employer.”

The Hobby Lobby suit is also in process. Hobby Lobby has won an injunction so they can ignore the HHS mandate for the moment while the judicial proceeding are going on...

After the Marxist Dims win the House in 2014, El Dictator will declare the Constitution null and void and then outlaw all Christian churches and like faiths. Then he will declare Izzlum the official religion of his faith. The Obamanites will dance in the streets as all churches are burned and Christians are put in the FEMA camps for “reeducation”. Some may laugh, but these types of things are out there in the future as our rights continue to go away one by one. Eventually some day everyone will wake up and realize they are all gone and there is no way to get them back. Too late, so sorry, can’t do anything about it.

I read an article recently on why young people leave the church. It said that 73% of Christian youth leave the church after they graduate high school. Why would that be? The teaching of high school and then getting it put more in their minds are telling them Church was wrong and what they are hearing "must" be the truth. Thus, they fall away. Our Bible believing, Bible teaching, churches are diminishing in numbers. The word of faith, the name it and claim it, the get rich by sending me money pastors, etc. have diminished our churches.
Thankfully, after my wife and I moved back to Alabama from the Peoples Republic of WA State, we finally found a good Bible teaching church with a solid pastor. However, even here in Alabama, in the Bible belt, we went to a ton of church before we found a church that teach as I learned when I was a kid growing up in the 50s-60s. Now days, these young pastors are coming out of liberal colleges, liberal seminaries, and refuse to preach the true Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Death, Burial and Resurrection of Jesus Christ. I heard Baptist pastors say that we should agree with other faiths that their gods lead to heaven. WRONG ANSWER!! Thus, these types are leading this nation to ruin. America has lost its way. America has become apostate. America has left the Christian-Jewish faiths that founded this nation. We now have a Muslin in the White House, leading an apostate, non-Christian believing government, which is leading this nation down the drain.
The fundamental problem with the Obamistas is that none of them are sufficiently religious to even know what that’s about EXCEPT FOR Kathleen Sibelius. She knows the only proper treatment for someone like her is to be burned at the stake ~ but that’ll have to wait for a different administration. Obama and his trusty sidekick Holder have no idea what that’s about either!

Just demonstrates how absurd and anti-Americanism this law is. The fact that they can simply make up rules as they go along is disgusting. Whatever some unelected bureaucrat says, goes.
It’s not too absurd for them, just too unlikely to succeed for the moment. They will be back.
And yet God reserved for himself a remnant in old Israel, those that would not bend the knee to baal. As long as God is on his throne and calling the shots, there is always hope. Indeed, the history of the great revivals is they always come when they are most needed. I agree we need to be honest about our true condition, but when have we ever been worthy of his mercy? The more we need his grace, the more richly he bestows it, according to his own plan. So for us this is a win win. If we are so far lost that the only recovery is the return of Christ, that’s a good thing, because we are almost home. If he tarries a little longer, he may grant us a revival, which, based on our current depraved condition, will be astounding in its power and revelation of his grace. That would be well worth living to see.
