IMO, these big, northern urban cities are pathetic places, and I don’t trust the leadership or police as far as I could throw them. Fox interviewed a neighbor this evening who said a group of old folks living in the neighborhood had seen three naked women on all fours in the backyard with leashes around their necks; they called the cleveland police who never showed (if true, appalling incompetence). A signal needs to be sent with these three trashheap brothers - execution of all three in a year, no dilly dallying with endless appeals for people who are damned guilty without a single acceptable excuse or reason for the evil they have done.
There are some good cops and there are some lazy lard asses. And some outright scumballs who should be in jail.
When they do their job, they also have to fill out paper work, so it’s easier to not do the job.
