As a woman, sometimes I really didn’t like her character on Everybody Loves Raymond – I often felt sorry for and sided with Ray; he to me often seemed the rather reasonable one on that show. OTOH, having been married and having had to deal with my now ex’s rather crazy family; I could often see “her” side too. : ),
