Levin is not well-known enough to cause this scandal to hyper-explode. But if we find out that the IRS also speciously audited Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Hugh Hewitt, and so on, then not only will become "top of fold front page" story, but may have international consequences since people will wonder did national tax authorities in other countries go after political enemies on behest of the ruling government.
