I recall Issa saying he wanted to hear from any and all that think they were targeted for being conservative. First stop would be your rep in the House if he is GOP.

It’s worth noting your exception on calling and it’s a good one: If you have a Rat Representative, you’d be calling trouble on yourself if you told him about your problem. For the first time since ‘94, my Rep is a Rat so I don’t have any representation, and the Gerrymander has it a Rat lock until 2022. Now I know how it must have felt to have had Barney Frank as a rep. (I have an openly gay chick now.)
