It will be 20 years ago this September that Israeli and Palestinian leaders reached a historic Declaration of Principles, the forerunner to the Oslo Accords, which were intended to lead to a permanent peace deal between Israel and the Palestinians. The homestretch was yet to be negotiated, but what awaited at the finish was clear: a Palestinian state next to the Israeli onea deal based on the concept of two states for two peoples.
Now, many here feel theyre simply running in place. Some of the most prominent members of Fatah, the mainstream faction of the PLO and the axis of power for Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, say the two-state solution is not longer viable. Instead, theyre campaigning for the creation of one democratic, secular state for Arabs and Jews, made up of Israel, Gaza and the West Bank. On May 15, about 30 of them signed a statement promoting this concept, launching a Popular Movement for One Democratic State in Historic Palestine.

Yep, and that one state is Israel.
I didn’t know they had such a thing as “influential Palestinians.” That’s weird.
GMTA
One state, majority muslim, this has always been
their goal. One has only to look to other states
of that make up to see how jews fare.
It’ll be great. Civilized Israelis (and a few civilized Palis) will be living side by side with the progenitors of the Car Swarm. It’ll be just like Oslo, Stockholm, London, and Chicago.
Way past time, send the Arabs back to Arabia.
Why wouldn’t they want a one state solution.
100% of the Palis will vote Pro Palis every single time
25% of the Israelis will too.
Israel wins on nothing. Soon you’ve got an Israel in name only run by the PLO, and a lot of people swimming in the Mediterranean.
Mission accomplished...
Dream on rag-heads.
That deal would be queered by insistence on the “right of return”.
Most palestinians live in brick houses, some have 50 rooms. Most americans cannot afford brick houses. The “Refugee” camp accomidations built by the UN with your tax dollars included french marble kitchen counters.
It pays well to be the perpetualy whining class.
I cannot look at Muslim States to see how Jews fare, there are none left. It used to be called Aparthied, now its called peace process.
Well, it’s not as if the palestinians are homeless. They didn’t materialize in a transporter. Their homelands exist. Not sure where the proclivity to burn cars from, but it’s not from my culture.
These murderous basturds are free to go live in their arab stae in “Palestine” (called “Jordan”) or they are perfectly free to go live in any of the 57 Islamicist states on planet earth
they will never be given one more inch of the (very small) state of Israel, no matter how much propaganda or lies or distortions Time Magazine (is there still a Time Magazine??????? ) wants to print
RIP, Time Magaine!
I agree, the Palestinian state of Antarctica!
Its called Jordan. Go there. Now.
It is. Arab terrorists can leave at any time.
In other words, the Palis are ready for a final solution to the Jewish problem. *snarl*
you’d think these anti-American propagandists would grow weary of having to spread such patent distortions or lies all day, every day, all week, every damned week.
they should get honest jobs for a really positive change in their miserable, hell-bent lives
The A-rabs think they have the population to rule their One State.
