Should have experience a short drop with a sudden stop - three years ago.

Does anyone know why UCMJ with regard to timeliness of trial does not apply to this pathetic tool or Major Nidal Hasan? Since when does a court martial require three years to prosecute?

As I always understood it the timeliness refers to when charges are proferred and when the trial must start. Once they enter trial the lawyers can argue forever and a day with no impact to timeliness.
