Israeli military disciplines female soldiers for racy Facebook pics

The Israeli military says it has disciplined a group of female soldiers who posed for provocative photos on their base and shared the images on Facebook, the Times of Israel reports.

The military said Sunday it disciplined the women, who were reportedly new recruits stationed on a base in southern Israel. In the photo, the recruits were standing with their army fatigues pulled down to expose their skimpy underwear and buttocks. In another photo, five women posed in what looked to be a barracks room, wearing only helmets and their combat vests.

The Israel Defense Forces told the Times of Israel that the women had demonstrated "unbecoming behaviour" for Israeli soldiers.

"The commanding officers disciplined the soldiers as they saw fit," the IDF said.

Not to cast negative aspersions on these young ladies..but..I wouldn’t bet the farm that they’re virgins.

Separate thought.... The "guys" pull antics like this all the time in the military. But I can't say whether or not it gets posted on social websites. So maybe that's the big deal here. Antics aside, those young ladies are pretty.

I think that stuff like this goes on in every military. The difference in the IDF is that they made service mandatory for all the young women...hence the photogenic army.
