WTF does that even mean? Is he trying to say he was “defending” his co-religionists in the Middle East or some such?

Lock him in a room with a revolver, one cartridge, and a bottle of whiskey.

I suppose it is a good thing that this is a military court, then.

He needs a lawyer.

I suppose he thinks that he will escape a conviction by representing himself and then claiming on appeal that he did not have the benefit of competent counsel.

Not sure hat will fly in the military courts.

He may be planning on exactly that!

Why isn't he in Guantanamo?

Lock him in a room with a revolver, one cartridge, and a bottle of whiskey.

Let's go back to 'tried and true' tactics.

Put him in a giant burlap sack with a DOG, a MONKEY, and a RATTLESNAKE, then throw it over a BRIDGE.

Once he hits the water, then he can make his 'plea'.

Why is this guy still breathing air?

Why has the DoD not updated its security checks to ask about and look for employee links to Islamic mosques and Islamic groups?

He just applied for another 3 mo deferment.
With each deferment he thinks the sharp edges of what he did become dulled.

Hang him from his neck until he is dead

Nope, drape him in bacon and tie him to a large fire ant mound in central Texas in the 90 degree heat.
