It would just take a man or two, like your father, that knew the industry to get started. I imagine knowing about permits or licenses would be the hardest part. After that I bet it would be smooth sailing!
I am sure there are plenty in FR that are squeeky clean like myself that would qualify for a type 6 or type 10 FFL license. The issue is will the BATFE slow-walk the application?
