The IRS and the news media(democrats too) corrupted the Republican primary too as well as the election. the IRS has been shutting down tea party groups and Republican groups since 2010. you seek to defend the IRS and Obama.

I'm not defending the IRS or Dumbo. I despise both of them. What I am saying is that the reason we lost the last POTUS election is not because of the IRS, but because RINO Romney was unable to inspire conservatives and tea partiers and as a result, they stayed home rather than vote for a pro-abortion, anti-second amendment flip-flopping libtard from the bluest of blue states. What I am also saying is that RINOs like McCain, Graham, McConnell and Boner have more to fear from a conservative/tea party candidate in a primary than a RAT in the general election, which is why these four have been remarkedly quiet throughout the IRS scandal.

I am also a big believer in personal responsibility, and while it is easy to blame the IRS for Obama's second term, the real reason that Obama won is because conservative/tea party voters stayed home on election day -- not because they feared an IRS audit, but because they decided not to have a LIBTASRD RINO forced upon them by the inside-the- beltway, GOP elites for the second POTUS election in a row.

No, Conservatives went out and voted but the failure occurred back between "W"'s second election victory and McCain's nomination. That's where we forgot to get an additional 5 million new registered Republican voters!

We were unable to replace dead baby boomer Republicans, and there was no growth in registrations. Later on, after that disaster, Republicans did manage to get 5 million more people lined up for the election, but we didn't make up for the Democrat's 10 million extra voters they'd had in 2008.

We might ask why the party did not have a major registration campaign between 2004 and 2008 ~ too many Rinos perhaps?
