I just wish people would stop for a moment and consider WHY he can’t be trusted with power.

Sure, he’s a lib. That’s primary. But IF there were anyone holding him to his designated powers via THEIR DESIGNATED POWERS instead of helping him expand them, there would not BE the abuses we have seen and will yet see.

The GOP has stood idly by and LET HIM ABUSE POWER. And I challenge any fanboy to factually refute that statement.

At least Truman, LBJ and Fritz Mondale loved their country. I really don’t think the same can be said about him, do you?

The GOP has soot by and let him (Obama) abuse power.

Romney backed off on the Benghazi slaughter, when it was fresh in everyone's minds and the lies were being told. The HOR "conservatives" couldn't put the 17 votes together to oust Boehner as speaker. Obamacare is still being funded. McCain isn't being recalled. There are still Republicans who don't insist that "secure the border, totally implement EVerify" isn't a first condition in the immigration reform discussion. etc

This is all an abuse of power. Enough Republicans have been voted into positions of power and have refused to stand strong for us.

The GOP has stood idly by and LET HIM ABUSE POWER.

The most important path ahead for conservatives.

Clearly, the IRS targeting has put conservatives in the catbird seat---even left-wingers are appalled about the IRS targeting.

However, it is nauseating to see RINOs grab onto this issue---and run with it---as if they were really concerned about conservative interests.

RNC RINO Rancid Priebus was allover the tube moaning and groaning about conservatives being targeted b/c he knows this is an issue that could bring Repubs back to power....the same RNC that turned away conservatives and would not listen to their concerns few months back.

REFERENCE--FR POSTED---Grassroots Activists Turned Away at the RNC
United Liberty ^ | 4/16/2013 | Jason Pye / FR Posted on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 by Hilda

Just days after the Republican National Committee (RNC) rejected most proposed rules changes that would undo the power grab from last year’s convention, a number of grassroots activists stopped by the RNC to express their disappointment with party leaders and let them know that they would not give up the fight.

Shortly after 10am, around 50 activists (pictured at web site) showed up at RNC headquarters in Washington, DC to present a representative from the party with a open letter to Chairman Reince Priebus that hit at the heart of grassroots’ frustration with the party.

“As grassroots fiscally conservative activists from states across the country, we are stopping by the RNC Headquarters in Washington today to express our disappointment in the Party’s continuing marginalization of the individuals who are driving the only credible ground game to combat the progressive liberal political machine,” read the activist-signed letter to Priebus. “After reading the 100-page Growth and Opportunity Project, we had a glimmer of hope that the Republican Party was going to make a sincere effort to make the Party process more bottom-up and transparent in structure.”

They continued: “The opportunity to repeal the ‘Tampa Power Grab’ last week was your first big shot at beginning to mend the relationship between the Party and the principled, small-government grassroots activists that you’ve disenfranchised,” the letter continued. “And you blew it.”

At issue are two specific rules — Rule 16 (A) (1) and Rule 16 (A) (2) — which conservative grassroots activists consider unfair.

“Rule 16 (A) (1) was upheld on the floor, giving national leaders the power to dictate how states bind delegates,” the letter stated. “This rule puts underdog challengers to the establishment at an immediate disadvantage with fewer delegates sent to the convention. This is only made worse by 16 (A) (2), which prevents principled challengers from growing their delegate count on the convention floor.”

The activists say that Rule 16 (A) (2) was “a watered down version of a power grab.” They also note that the changes made at last week’s RNC meeting “fail to restore the authority to state delegations to enforce and create their own rules.”

“In fact, it strengthens and reinforces the RNC power grab that outraged the grassroots last summer by giving the RNC Secretary full authority to ignore the delegates’ wishes.” The letter also brought up the way the rules were adopted at the convention, which only highlights the distrust the grassroots has towards establishment.

The RNC should be put on notice---they cannot use conservatives to get back in power UNLESS rock-hard conservatives like Cong Trey Gowdy (R-SC) and his surrogates are placed in key positions in the party---in DC and nationwide. This must happen now....or we will proceed without them.

More importantly it's time to ditch RINO conservative-haters like Priebus, the neocons, Rove, and the rest, who have continually kicked conservatives to the curb. They cannot be a part of any effort to clawback Republicans to power using the important IRS issue.

“The GOP has stood idly by and LET HIM ABUSE POWER.”

You didn’t quite drill down far enough. You forgot the republicans who elect these idle RINO “republicans” to office. We the people are ultimately responsible.
