As somebody once said, the one thing we learn from history is that we learn nothing from history. Or to put it slightly less sarcastically, Obama, et. al., think that the reason that the policies of the past failed is they weren’t the ones implementing them.

Obama called for a “RESET” on many policy issues.

Many of us knew ahead of time that it would turn out to be a reset, a shutdown, a pull the plug, a rip out the wiring, a tear down the wall and house, a bulldoze the lot, a set the debris on fire and bloW up the neighborhood, set of commands...
