Not all feral youth are black, in fact they are of all races. My sister-in-law’s son and grandson were attacked and beaten last week in Peoria by a group of white feral youth. Same as this incident, no reason, no robbery- just a beat down. According to the news article this is becoming a problem in the cities. Youth beating people up for no reason other than some sort of game to them.
I know not all feral youth are black. Unfortunately, feral youth are found among all backgrounds. We need to take stock of how people are raising, or not raising, their children.
