The governor’s office is likely powerless here. Attorney discipline is, in most (all?) states, governed exclusively by the judicial branch.

Supreme Court here does that. Rachel was the fall gal for the Anti-Thomas groups including some of the Board of Supervisors whom were involved in some ethically challenged issued. Nice Lady, Stupid State Bar. This Bar will take on a lawyer only if: political (not theirs), lawyer stole money, lawyer is on drugs, or lawyer is having sex with his client. That’s about it and the punishments are usually a slap on the wrist.
Nope; they can still be prosecuted for, say, conspiracy against rights which is a federal felony -- the State likely has statutes that could apply as well.

Impeach and remove the judge. That will send a message to the state Bar. Then investigate the state Bar for criminal activities.
Conservatives need to vote in people who are willing to use the power of the state against the criminal fascists. If people can’t or won’t do that, then they can get on their knees and be fitted for chains.
