There are only repeats of old shows on Cooking Channel in the early afternoons. She has a very simple, elegant yet classic French cuisine. She was classically trained, interesting person. I get tired of the Spanx dresses she wears...with mostly women and gay men, why all the booty and cleavage on the cooking channels? But I've picked up more techniques than actual recipes--

I've been a fan of HGTV and the cooking channels, but lately they've been disappointing. All the contests and "Survivor" reality stuff. I like Ina Garten and sometimes can even take Giada, though I roll my eyes at the BOTT (boobs on the table) with her. Oh, she's so beautiful. She has twice as many teeth and four times the boobs...
