I’m not suggesting that anyone throw around the word nigger lightly or use it to attack someone else. My gripe is all these pubs and blogs etc. that do not spell it out in a news article or quoting someone who said it. That’s just absurd. Almost as if they are pretending the word doesn’t exist.
I hate to see anyone get this kind of media lynching, but maybe this will teach her that if you vote for liberals this is what comes to pass.
Sadly, if she's like most liberals, whether caught up in a PC flap like this, or unjustly targeted by the IRS, or even just out of work and can't find anything, they seldom make the connection between a progressive controlled government and their plight.

Good question. When I was in college, New Left types were using the term "nigger" to refer to those students who refrained from striking, marching in anti-Vietnam War protests, burning banks, etc. and just wanted to study and earn their degrees. They were likely inspired by Jerry Osborne's radical tract The Student as a Nigger (New York: Pocket, 1970)--which, incidentally, had nothing to do with blacks.

Agree! I was amazed when this PeeResident was elected being shocked to first discover what was being “Preached” to many in the black congregations a la “Reverend” Wright types of pastors. And that people like Oprah were part of that, although she did quit going to his church...altho’ not so with the Obamas who continued to go until it became politically unwise and flung “Rev.” Wright under the bus. These churches were teaching nothing but hate and racism. Opened my eyes as to just who is keeping racism alive and well.

In my view, most of our current political and social troubles stem from the infiltration of the 60s new left into the Democratic Party. I despise these people, and I think they really do want to destroy the US, just as their European counterparts are destroying Europe. I am not even sure that they know what they are doing, because I regard them as borderline psychotic. Who but a psychotic could think that you will preserve liberal values by caving to Muslim extremists? But that is exactly what they are doing!
