It’s not a fine any longer. Justice Roberts and company re-imagined the law to be a “TAX” without requiring a re-write — in effect, legislating from the bench.
The left’s preferred groups will pay neither premiums nor fines, and will consume a disproportionate amount of the healthcare resources that they’re getting for free.
The ‘right’ people won’t be fined.
I don’t believe they are going to fine everyone who doesn’t get insurance ... only certain people will be fined.
