President Obama pledged $7 billion in aid Sunday to provide electricity to sub-Saharan Africa, as he warned Africans to be wary of exploitation by other countries, including the U.S. Im calling for America to up our game when it comes to Africa, Mr. Obama said in a speech at the University of Capetown in South Africa, midway through his weeklong tour of the continent. We want to unleash the power of entrepreneurship and markets to create opportunity here in Africa.

Obama to Americans- Still, youll hear voices that incessantly warn of government as nothing more than some separate, sinister entity thats the root of all our problems, even as they do their best to gum up the works; or that tyranny always lurks just around the corner. You should reject these voices.
Obama to Africans- Don't trust us.

George Washington to America: "The great rule of conduct for us in regard to foreign nations is in extending our commercial relations, to have with them as little political connection as possible. So far as we have already formed engagements, let them be fulfilled with perfect good faith. Here let us stop."

He is looking for his black skin to win black Africa over to fill the void left by the billions of disillusioned fools in America and Europe who fell for his smarmy, empty rhetoric.

I call on the United State House of Representative to stop payment on the Check.
If the Africans are lucky perhaps 1 Billion might get to the building of power plants, the rest will be placed in the pockets of African politicians.
Obama is the biggest POS to ever sit in the White House, but Boehner is the biggest POS to ever sit in the Speakers chair. Where is he? Why does he allow 7 Billion dollars to be spent in Africa, The House is supposed to pay out he Money,

If he wants us to “up our game” in Africa, he should take a look at what GWB has done and is still doing over there.

I wonder if the foreigners think he is being arrogant to them? Do people overseas like being lectured by a third-rate tyrannical buffoon?

Only $7 billion?
That’s not enough to pay for a wind farm and a photovoltaic demonstration.

He pledges $7,000,000,000.00 of taxpayer dollars to them, and then says not to trust us?! WTF is wrong with this guy? Seriously.
How about we give you $X and in return you will do Y? Families going without in this country, families barely making it paycheck to paycheck and Barry effectively says, “Hey, we suck but here’s a downpayment of $7 BILLION US TAXPAYER DOLLARS with no strings attached.
Such a scumbag to say ANYTHING bad about our country as we get ready to celebrate our Declaration of Independance.

The fact that bam hasnt been arrested and put on ice to await formal charges is proof that none of the top military brass he comes into contact with daily took their oaths seriously.
Thats because he has systematically replaced the top brass with his own people, who will obey him no matter what he orders.
