Because I can’t find an answer. Even on this post I there are two different answers. I’ve heard the jury was present for the 1st one with the rude outburst by Judge Farley, I mean Nelson, but not the 2nd one. I would like maybe a source...
My husband is a deputy and he asked a couple of judges if this is normal. In Colorado it’s called a Curtis advisement, but it is never done in front of the jury.
All have given up on any conviction. Sometimes the Bear gets you.
