Officials of Zimbabwes election commission say early voting has started for police and security personnel who will be on duty during the nations crucial elections on July 31.
The officials acknowledged there was chaos at many voting stations Sunday. Voting materials were not delivered in time for the special vote for service personnel who wont be able to vote on polling day.

The left thrives on chaos.
It gives them enough time to collect and list the names of the poor unfortunate people that voted against Mugabe and mark them for death or otherwise. It also gives them time to substitute such votes.
Same thing here in the US, except they haven’t got around to murdering non-Obama voters - just alert the IRS, FBI, DHS there are troublemakers out there.
