I don’t know how anyone could live with themselves after making some of those comments. That a person could, is indicative of this being only the tip of the iceberg IMO.

Less than half a year’s pay? In the current economy, that might not hold him until he gets another job. I think a fairer formulation would be two full years of his salary, plus two full years of the asshat manager’s.
