A man is in critical condition Saturday after being shot by a homeowner who says he opened fire in self-defense after the man pulled out a screwdriver during a fight.
Neither the homeowner nor the man have been identified by authorities.

It’s about time aholes started getting shot.
You know, you would think that after all this hype about shootings and stuff,
that people just might want to take an extra step and not do stuff that actually starts fights.
You would think you wouldn’t have people going out of their way to piss people off and begin fights with them, when they have no legal right to do what they are doing.
Stupid is hard to overcome sometimes.

Note to self: keep a spare screwdriver handy, just in case someone is walking across the yard. Also isn’t a screwdriver a burglary tool?

Well, i am not going to just start shooting someone because they are an a-hole.
I will defend myself from trespassers who won;t get off my property, punch me, and pull out a screwdriver to attack me with.

burglars like it because they also use it as a stabbing weapon. and screwdrivers are used to stab people about the same as knives in the usa.

I just hope that the perp was not black and the homeowner a white Hispanic.
If the perp is white, then the homeowner should have no problems. If not, then the homeowner could be a new target for the racist left to demonize.

It states the trespasser is Hispanic.
It says the guy who got shot was hispanic. What do you want to bet the shooter is black this time, and the media will ignore it, en masse.
A couple years ago we had a case locally where an armed man stabbed an attacker. He said he didn’t use the gun because he didn’t want to escalate the fight. LOL
The wet grass told him to do it.

If that sign can be read within the range of a Barret BMG the letters must be about 200 feet tall. LOL
