While the unquestionably unfair verdict in the Trayvon Martin case, rendered in Florida by five whites and one Latina, should be deeply troubling to persons of all races who care about racial justice,

Unfair? What does unfair have to do with the law? It was unfair that Zimmerman was even arrested when NO EVIDENCE supported that arrest. Yet he was arrested. He was found not guilty by a jury based on the FACT that NO EVIDENCE was provided to prove he was guilty of a crime. That is neither fair or unfair. It is the law.

What is all this nonsense about “profiling”?

Is “profiling” a crime in Florida? Is it an aggravating factor for murder or manslaughter in Florida?

The Narrative of the Race baiters is that Travon was Attacked. Blacks on CNN
are running with it and I'm not sure they even know Travon instigated the violence.

I'm finding that almost all of the Race baiters in this case did not see the trial
and have formed their own pre-determined fantasy while refusing to learn
the truth out of fear that they've been wrong the whole time and may be held
accountable for being wrong.

Then there are the village idiots who want to ride the coat-tails of Racism
for financial gain at the expense of Murder caused by their inflammatory language.
To them the end justifies the means for which they gain treasure while
granting themselves immunity for being on the "correct side" of the issue.

If Zimmerman had a jury of his peers, it wouldn’t be black, it would be half Peruvian immigrant and half Jewish

The author is an attorney. He knows the law and yet is implying the law is other than it is. He is contributing to the furtherance of the grievance industry.

The problem with this author is that he misses some basic points.

For starters: Even if Zimmerman was following Martin, which is much in dispute at the moment of their confrontation, he did not have the right to beat the crap out of him. If we all started a fight with everyone who ever walked down the street behind us on a dark night, there would be a lot of fights and a lot more dead.

But the author misses another equally important point: Martin was a thief.

Had Martin not been killed, his behaviour would more than likely have put him in prison within two or three years.

Thank you. Speaking of why past injustices have nuttin to do with the child, Trayvon Martin - it’s like - well, we landed a man on the Moon a few times, why do airplanes still crash? It’s terribly unfair and there must be someone we can terrorize over it.

The jury, simply put, decided that a white police wannabe could justifiably profile an unarmed African-American 17-year-old as a criminal, hunt him down, and fatally shoot him.
