RICHMOND, Va. – A third federal appeals court ruled Wednesday that President Obama´s recess appointments of three National Labor Relations Board members was unconstitutional. A divided three-judge panel of the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals joined federal appeals courts in the District of Columbia and Philadelphia in ruling that the Senate wasn´t really in recess when Obama filled the vacancies during an extended holiday break in January 2012. The case wasn’t resolved politically, because the issue is that nothing the board has done is legal. Sure, when the new nominees are approved, they can vote for whatever was voted for before, but they cannot vote to validate the previous votes.
I was flipping through the AM dial and just so happened to catch this particular show. I was Iimmediately reoieved and was left thinking to myself, "Wow... thank God that someone is raising issue over SOMETHING THAT REALLY MATTERS and not more of this same 'Justice for Trayvon', false flag shit". I challenge anyone to listen to Fox News on Satellite Radio... I Triple Dog Dare you to do it when Hannity is on. All it sounds like are 3-4 people all talking (screaming) at the same time over top of each other and the loudest most obnoxious person "wins". WHAT ARE THEY ARGUING ABOUT? Twinkies? Trayvon... it's all the same useless BULLSHIT. Mark Levin is on target just about all the time.
