As I understand it, the family makes a living off MLK memorabilia and all things related to MLK including speaking engagements, and so on. I don't begrudge them this source of income, but using the guy's name the way Disney might use Goofy or Mickey Mouse seems a bit tacky.
Liberals and Black Racists are both filled with hate and this entire Trayvon emotional jag is the visible manifestation of such.
They don't care about the facts, they don't care about the truth.
They only care about fanning the flames of the hate on which their beliefs are based.
Hate feels good but the beast is a consumer of energy...it needs to be fed regularly.
It is destructive, not productive...but it feels so damn good.
