Plenty of question marks in Jackson's final House financial disclosure
Chicago Tribune ^ | 8/01/13 | Katherine Skiba

Former Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. has filed his final House financial disclosure report more than six months late, a filing that sheds little light on how he will pay a $750,000 forfeiture for looting his campaign treasury.

**SNIP**

The Tribune reported last month that Jackson Jr. appears eligible for federal disability payments of $8,700 a month, or 60 percent of his congressional pay. That works out to $104,400 a year, though payments in later years would drop to $69,600 annually.

On top of the financial hit from his criminal case, Jackson Jr. could have another one: a possible $200 late fee for missing the House disclosure deadline. According to the House Ethics Committee, the fee may be waived in "extraordinary circumstances," but a committee official declined comment on that.

I bet Mrs. Jackson could have her IRS debt negotiated down to pennies on the dollar if she would only call one of those firms that advertises on TV at noon, right after the ambulance chasers.

Their Chicago home, in the South Shore neighborhood, is lien-free, according to government lawyers, meaning its mortgage has been paid.

Tony Rezco strikes again.

While senior is running around the country raising the bloody Trayvon shirt how come no one in the media asks him about his sons criminal behavior? If he's such a great moral authority I'm sure we need to him tell us all about it!

The Chicago Tribune reported Jackson Jr. appears eligible for (tax-paid) federal disability payments of $8,700 a month, or 60 percent of his congressional pay. That's $104,400 a year taxpayers will be extorted....

Proves once again politics is an "investment" to these craven opportunistic pols. They use their offices and govt resources to get a "return on investment." Gov Blago is in jail b/c he held an auction for Obama's Senate seat.

ITEM Obama's not a president---he's an investor.

Obama and his WH team emanate from Chicago criminal politics, where getting into govt is seen as an "investment" One can calculate Obama's "return on investment" by the dollars he "invests" in getting elected. In 2012 Obama bragged he was the first billion dollar candidate. All govt payouts are calculated WRT "return on investment"......such as (1) the amt that goes to offshore accounts, (2) amt siphoned off to non-profits and foundations, and, (3) the amt returned as kickbacks from corrupt govts.

==================================================

EXHIBIT ONE Obama gave then-Egyptian President Morsi $250 million in March in addition to 200 Abrams tanks and 12 F-16s, with 8 more to be delivered by the end of the year. Pretty strong support for the Muslim Brotherhood, of which Morsi is a member.

FOX news reported Obama is NOT cutting off US aid to Egypt (even though US law denies aid to govts deposed via muilitary coup).

The Egyptian military is neither under civilian control nor primarily financed by the Egyptian government. It gets more than $1 billion annually in US foreign aid......plus millions upon millions in additional US-financed programs.

======================================================

EXHIBIT TWO The Congressional Budget Office states enacting S. 744 (The Senate immigration reform bill) would have a wide range of effects on federal revenues, including changes in collections of income and payroll taxes, certain visa fees that are classified as "revenues," and various fines and penalties. Taken together, those would apparently increase govt revenues by $459 billion over the 2014-2023 period.

====================================================

EXHIBIT THREE Obamacare was designed to raise trillions in fines, fees and enrollments.

EXHIBIT FOUR---FOURTEEN TRILLION DOLLARS Behind The Real Size of Obama's Wall Street Bailout; A guide to the abbreviations, acronyms, and obscure programs that make up the $14 trillion federal bailout.

The price tag for the Wall Street bailout is often put at $700 billion—the size of the Troubled Assets Relief Program. But TARP is just the best known program in an array of more than 30 programs overseen by the US Treasury Department (strong-armed by Obama's COS staff who held dual positions in the WH And the Treasury) and Federal Reserve that have paid out or put aside money to bail out financial firms and inject money into the markets.

==================================================

EXHIBIT FIVE---THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION JUST APPROVED $50 MILLION DOLLARS IN FOREIGN AID TO KENYA.

O'S KENYAN HALF BRO IS READY TO CASH IN---RUNS THE TAX-EXEMPT "DO-GOOD IN KENYA" OBAMA FOUNDATION. The tax-exempt “charity” named in honor of their Dad, is run by President Barack Obama’s half-brother Malik.

The tax-exempt Obama foundation, fast-tracked by Lerner for IRS tax-exempt status, is based at a Virginia UPS store, according to its website. The organization’s IRS filings list another Virginia address that is actually a drug rehab center where the foundation does not appear ever to have been based.

As first reported by The Daily Caller, the foundation was speedily approved for IRS exemption by Lois Lerner, the self-same IRS senior official at the center of the targeting of conservative organizations that have waited over two years to receive tax exempt status. The IRS thoughtfully gave Obama Foundation retroactive fund-raising status.......which it stupidly never applied for.

============================================

EXHIBIT SIX Obama gave oil-rich sub-Sahara Africa $9 billion tax dollars for an electricity program. I guess the running water will have to wait (snix).

------------------------------------------

Obama is being investigated by the House, Senate, and the FBI

"Let em investigate---our offshore holdings of federal dollars look mighty good."

Not much difference between Je$$e Jack$$on and Tracy "Crip" Martin, except that Tracy has just started his scam, and Je$$e has been working it for decades.

TIME TO NAIL THE JACKSONS the Bank Secrecy Act needs to be mobilized ---in which banks are required to establish, implement and maintain programs designed to detect and report suspicious activity indicative of Govt fraud, money laundering and other financial crimes.

The Bank Secrecy Act was enacted to protect the public from harm by identifying and detecting govt fraud, money laundering from criminal enterprises, terrorism, tax evasion or other unlawful activities.

L/E needs to examine the Jackson familys' bank accounts.

<><> Joint bank accounts might be used to facilitate the transfer of of govt funds. Govt monies may pay for personal and private expenses, credit cards, real estate subsidies and vehicle purchases.

<><> To cover their tracks, fake invoices might be created to show that money deposited into accounts was being used for legitimate investment purposes.

The scheme might be advanced by issuing phony statements of payments from financial sources that actually covered the transfer of funds for their own use.

<><> L/E is directed to get ahold of: (1) copies of checks, (2) wire transfers, (3) account statements, (4) invoices, (5) bills, (6) delivery tickets, (7) correspondence including e-mail, contracts, loan agreements, and, (8) any other books or records. L/E should also explore (a) monies paid to brokers, sub-brokers, (b) family members, (c) mortgage brokers, (d) financial managers, and, (e) real estate agents, brokers, and developers.

<><> L/E should scrutinize Jackson family bank accounts for suspicious activites: (A) large deposits, (B) funds transferred from one account into another, (C) frequent requests for withdrawals.
