15 Armed agents storm animal shelter to euthanize baby deer(military style operation)

Government agents swarmed an animal shelter and killed a baby deer named Giggles as Wisconsin law forbids keeping wildlife without the right permit.

WISN 12 News reported on a military-style operation in July where nine officers from the Department of Natural Resources and four deputy sheriffs stormed the barn at the Society of St. Francis on the Illinois border.

Angry Cindy Schulze, the shelter's president, is planning legal action and questioned whether the raid was a good use of government resources.

She accused authorities of going 'way over the top for a little, tiny, baby deer.'

'It was like a SWAT team,' shelter employee Ray Schulze said. When he asked the officers why they had killed the fawn they told him it was down to policy. 'That's one hell of a policy,' the man replied.

The agents, heavily armed and with a search warrant, euthanized the baby deer which was scheduled to move to a proper wildlife facility the following day.

While killing the fawn is tragic, the story here is armed Dept of Natural Resources Officers, seriously? Military style operation over a deer? Can you imagine what else "they" are planning with all the "practice drills?

Ah yes, the Department of Natural Resources SWAT team. Nothing unusual there. This absolutely proves the point that if organizations are given these toys, they will use them. They will use their SWAT teams every single day, just to justify using them so no one takes them away.

And we will just have to live with this, until we decide to do something about it.

The message is clear: We're going to kill that fawn and anyone and everyone who stands in our way. Doesn't matter that it is over an utterly trivial issue.

The solution is equally clear: Every one of those 15 officers needs to be fired and stripped of any retirement benefits they may have accrued. Not only them, but everyone in the chain of command above them, right up to the top of the agencies they work for. Then strip the agencies themselves of all their SWAT gear. These jack-booted thugs need to learn that they are our servants, serve at our pleasure, not the other way around, and when in the presence of civilians they need to tread as if on eggshells, never for an instant giving the impression that they think they are our superiors. The balance needs to be restored.

Incredible, isn’t it? Barry’s allowed a substantial number of new al qaeda lunatics to spawn. Many of the gains against them that so many of our fighting men died for have been lost.

One of these days....these kind of operations will find the government folks suffering from severe brain-splatter from citizen defenders....and a jury that will never convict such defenders

Extreme government action for one animal
