Take the feral animals out behind the court house and shoot them. Yeah, they’re only 15, so what? They are always going to be a menace and a burden to society. No, you can’t rehabilitate them, they are going to stay feral animals for life. They will injure or kill people and cost the state hundreds of thousands or even millions of dollars processing them through the criminal justice system and incarcerating them over the course of their lives.
But think of all the nice unionized middle class Democrat jobs these animals create: prison construction, guards, police, counselors, lawyers, judges, remedial educators, parole officers, welfare case workers, psychiatrists...
