What exactly is the criteria for impeachable offenses nowadays? Does anyone ask this question. IMHO, no one will file articles of impeachment because no one wants to be historically remembered as the person who tried to impeach the first black president.

1. Believing that the Constitution limits the government,
2. acting against government overreach, and/or
3. protecting the people of the several states.

All of the above are contrary to the Statist goal.
