A judge threw out the racism claims on Monday, saying that Jackson, who is white, doesn't have the standing to sue Deen and Hiers for race discrimination...apparently whites have standing only when they're accused of racism, not when they're in victim mode......

My favorite part of the judges ruling was where he said that to let the suit go forward would serve to conscript federal courts as human-resources departments that are responsible for imposing and monitoring a federally created standard for harmony in the workplace. No kidding.
