It tells me they aren’t all that remote nor distant from contact with modern civilization.
It looks like one of them stretchy things from Walmart that acts as a halter top or cheap azz cover up like one sees on the beaches of New Jersey, after a day of sunbathing and eating fried food.
It appears to be her left leg crossed over her right knee and her skirt(?) tube-top(?) has simply ridden up or down as the case may be.
It’s her leg, she is sitting indian style.
