The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has warned against drawing too many conclusions from the latest leaked version of its upcoming, and eagerly awaited, Assessment Report 5 (AR5). ... According to the leak, they will put it down to natural meteorological variations and other factors that could include greater absorption of heat into the deep oceans - and the possibility that the climate is less sensitive to carbon dioxide than had previously been believed.
Many climate sceptics have argued that this is a key factor behind the temperature slowdown, and a good reason not to believe the more extreme predictions of those they dismiss as warmist conspirators.
But those involved with the IPCC say that even now, just a month away from publication, you would be "foolish in the extreme" to take this latest leak as conclusive.
"It is guaranteed it will change," said Jonathan Lynn, spokesman for the IPCC. "In September, the scientists will go through the 15-page summary for policymakers, line by line."

Who are these people? It is like waiting for a North Korean Ag report.
Who cares? No credibility left at all.
They aren’t going to change their AGW nonsense. Way too much money is at stake. They will come up with some bravo sierra explanation for the data contradicting their theory and scream Consensus! even louder.-
If the science is already settled, then why do we need another report about it?
You watch - in 30 days they’ll be calling us “Global Cooling Deniers”.
After these clingers got caught with their fingers in the CO2 cookie jar they are now preparing another report to cover the lies in their last report.
It’s not even a theory, because theories allow themselves to be disproved.
No matter what the data says, the data always points to Global Warming.
Global Warming is unfalsifiable, like a religion. Therefore it’s more of a religion than any scientific theory.
But wait, I have a computer model that says . . .
Misleading, as opposed to all the past IPCC reports, which are full of proven flat out lies and fictions.

Although I do believe fossil fuel combustion contributes to climate change I do NOT believe that is the reason the AGW industry is campaigning against fossil fuels. 1. It is an excuse to redistribute wealth from the richer economies to the poorer ones - and skim off a ‘commission’ for themselves in the process (along with gaining ‘self-esteem.’) 2. It is a way to hide taxes by forcing the evil fossil fuel companies to be the bad guys. 3. Eventually it will be the way to nationalize the fossil fuel companies - ‘for the children.’
The leaks are happening because of climate change. The climate of public opinion is changing.
