The only thing that would keep Obama from being guilty of treason is if he never naturalized and is thus not even a US citizen right now
Technically he is a citizen now, since the us govt. gave him the passport when he was a senator. But I agree, that ceremonial one was probably the first time he was legally American.
Giving a foreigner using a fake name a passport in the fake name doesn’t make him a citizen. Just adds another layer of criminal fraud.
