It got into the war for ill-defined reasons, not really compelled by any treaty.

They did however have a four power neutrality agreement
with Belgium.

It was a mess any way you look at it.
The Serbs agreed to all the Austrian demands...but one.
That was enough for Austria.

We have no business getting involved in this current
fiasco. If the UN want’s to do something....let them.

Yes that's why I hedged my language, I was aware of the treaty guaranteeing the neutrality of Belgium that went back about three quarters of a century. Many historians agree that Britain could have honorably ignored the strictures of that treaty but chose not to and entered the war.
