Some have raised questions again regarding President Barack Obamas Nobel Peace Prize as he seeks authorization for military intervention in Syria. But columnist and Fox News analyst Kirsten Powers said on Wednesday that he should give it back for other reasons.
Yeah, he should have given it back a long time ago, actually, Powers said to Fox Newss Bill OReilly. But, you know, for the drone war, for the escalating the war in Afghanistan, having all these people die unnecessarily, plenty of civilians have been killed by his drone war, including children.
Powerss comments follow a Swedish reporter who asked Obama to describe the dilemma to be a Nobel Peace Prize winner and getting ready to attack Syria during Wednesdays press conference.

I saw this on BOR the other day. Of course draft-dodging, warmongering O'Reilly dismissed anything Powers said and also belittled the republican consultant at the same time, telling her she didn't know what she was talking about. A few days ago loudmouth had Col Hunt and Col Peters on his show, both didn't agree with him on attacking Syria and he argued with them, telling them they they also didn't know what they were taking about. You see BOR is the resident expert on everthing. This Vietnam draft-dodging blowhard praises Obozo so much you would think he works for the White House.

There really isn’t a reason to give it back now. It has been abased, humiliated, stained and ridiculed so much since he ‘won’ it that it isn’t worth spit any more.

Every once in a while, Kirsten Powers shows signs of waking up. Must order more Soma.

This Vietnam draft-dodging blowhard praises Obozo so much you would think he works for the White House. A very plausible explanation as to why BOR quite often seems to be a schizoid on a number of issues.

When you have lost True Believers like Kirsten Powers can the lunatic fringe be far behind?

Correction - she is a democratic operative, not a republican strategist.

I completely disagree.
Let him keep it and let it remain a symbol of simplicity of the leftist mind.

He never should have accepted it (let alone been awarded it). But that would take a level of humility Obama is incapable of. A real President would have said something to the effect of, “I hope to one day earn this award, but I cannot in good conscience accept it without having actually done something.”

Oh, and another thing. I’m sick and tired of O’Reilly. It’s too bad Judge Napolitano can’t take over the program and Billy be moved to MSNBC or become a regular on The View.

Obama won the Nobel Peace Prize for defeating George W. Bush (in the committee's view).
Most who supported his receiving it still see the defeat of Bush Republicanism as a great act for peace that can't be tarnished by any minor military actions he might have instigated since.

Well, I wouldn’t put any stock in anything BOR says- this is the man who confused a loofa with a falafel.
To: NKP_Vet
Yeah, he should have given it back a long time ago, actually, Powers said to Fox Newss Bill OReilly. Neither Obama, Gore, nor Carter should have ever receive the Nobel Peace Prize in the first place. That they did shows its only worth is as a paperweight.

He ain’t given nuthin’ back to nobody. (well maybe Churchill’s bust) A real person of character would have declined to accept it in the first place if they had never done anything. Which he hasn’t. Except to strain race relations to near the breaking point these days. I have an idea. Maybe the could hold a peace prize “buy-back” in Oslo like they have gun “buy backs” here. I’m sure there are a couple of folks walking around that need to “turn ‘em in mr. and mrs. America”. Walmart gift cards anyone?
