If Lt Col Lakin’s court-martial is any indicator, the judge will say that he/she doesn’t allow Monk to claim anything as his defense, will say that anything Monk could say about fact or law is “irrelevant”. That way the good military people who might sit in judgment can’t even hear a defense on which to base an acquittal.
Stealing the livelihood, reputation, and savings/retirement of good, faithful military men? That’s what this regime does, and there are a lot of good people right here at FR who believe the military men were asking for it - just like every beaten woman was asking for it.
Once you’ve got your grinder set up there’s no limit to how much meat you can process in that grinder.
