He helped the Muslim Kosovoans KILL the Christian Serbs. Pres. Bush did indeed go after Muslim extremists in the war on terror, but 0bama changed our Rules of Engagement (ROE) to BENEFIT the terrorists. This explains why 72% of all combat casualties SINCE THE START OF THE WAR in Afghanistan happened under 0bama's 4 year watch, compared to 8 years under Bush.
