But they keep getting by with it. Come on Issa. Come on Court that has the Fast & Furious subpena case. Come on something.

We know damn well the media will not give out a peep.

And that GD Elijah Cummings keeps up with his blasting his committee for being politically partisan

Nixon went downs due to swarming, biased media and turncoat Sen Howard Baker. We need a Dem to break ranks. Any Dem will do.

Not to be flip on this very serious subject but ... no kidding. Anyone paying attention knows the Beast and the corrupt Obama administration have done all they can to obscure the facts regarding the deaths of these brave men and the attack on the US embassy in Benghazi.

The Marxist Kenyan needs to be impeached and the witch named Rodham Clinton needs to be kept as far from the White House as humanly possible.

"..the State Department’s Benghazi investigation failed to hold senior officials accountable for the deaths of four Americans. Josh Rogin reports."

The report was designed to find no one responsible !
The select committee was hand-chosen by Hillary so that it's determination would be muddied !
What are we waiting for ,..2014 ?
Abandonment ,dereliction of duty , and abandoning your post are punishable offenses in any military or civil government duty
The fact that Cummings is Partisan is a given ,.. a known !
He is still trying to close the curtain to the puppetmaster of OZ !

You have to read all the way down to the 13th paragraph before you find the key phrase in the article:

"four mid-level officials"

You can say "blame the underlings", or "blame the careerists". Of course, their intention is to go after the political appointees, but they have to impugn the careerist as part of the process.

I'm not sure whether or not these 4 are appointees but as part of the process Issa first has to impugn the investigative report which means he has to impugn those responsible for overseeing the report, the two highest level careerists, Amb Pickering and Admiral Mullen.

The problem with this is that Pickering is held in higher esteem than Issa.

Which brings into issue Pickering's testimony to the committee. Issa wanted Pickering to testify behind closed doors and Pickering was insisting on testifying publicly. In the end, Issa threatened Pickering with a subpoena and Pickering agreed to testify behind closed doors.

Issa tells the press that he wants the private testimony because he is concerned that some of it might be classified, and that he(Issa) will conduct a second public interview of Pickering..

Of course he didn't have the second public interview of Pickering and everybody knows why. He wanted to edit Pickering's testimony so that he(Issa) could select what part of it would be made public.

Which explains why the general public is ignoring Issa.
