PTSD and anti depressents seems to be a bad combination. It’s been blamed for a lot of the suicides related to veterans. Same result, as far as the mental turmoil goes. The suicides turn the gun on themselves instead of others.

Aside from the obvious fact that depression itself with a big dose of cultural decay — not the meds — would more simply explain the violence, it is simply fact that these meds work for alot of people. They just do. Just like Tylenol for headaches and Claritin for allergies.
I was having a difficult, prolonged recovery from a stomach ailment and my doctor decided that my problem was not a difficult recovery,but depression. He tried hard to put me on anti-depressants. I knew I wasn’t depressed and refused, I eventually recovered
