SNIPPET: "A webmaster from Normandy, northern France was arrested and charged on Thursday for "provoking" and condoning terrorism. He is accused of translating articles from the jihadist magazine Inspire into French."

SNIPPET: "The 26-year-old, identified as Romain, was detained Tuesday for his role as administrator of the Ansar al Haqq website, a "reference" for the radical Islamist movement, and as a translator of magazines put out by militant group Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), Paris prosecutors said.

Detained by intelligence officers in his native Calvados region of northern France, Romain said he converted to Islam when he was 20, prosecutors said.

The Ansar al Haqq website that he manages "has more than 4,000 members including 685 that are active" and Romain published statements from Al-Qaeda's north African branch AQIM on it, they added.

They said an investigation also found that the suspect had "an active role in the translation into French and the distribution of the tenth and 11th editions of the magazine Inspire.""

“French webmaster...” would be a more apt description in the title than “French translator...”.

Thanks for posting my thoughts.

The French arresting their al Qaeda thugs. The Russians drop kicking Obozo, McAinal and Kerry re us becoming the army, air force and navy for al Qaeda. The Russians seizing a Green Peace Ship, and the Egyptians cleaning out the Muslim Brotherhood serial killers.

If this trend continues, we will not have to send our Military around the world. We can arm them, and then let them protect and police our military bases in America and around the world.

Be nice if everyone took care of their own backyard. We could focus on continental defense, energy production and economy building. How libertarian!

Also, old style Republican.

My grand dad used to say Republicans don’t start wars, Democrats do. His history lesson was from 1900 to 1957.

The French in particular have had issues with their mudslimes.

You either HAVE a country with a cohesive, common culture, language and heritage - or you don’t.

Look at what the Democrats and liberals have done to this country since 1965. We’re being turned into the Balkans.

No arguments with what you have posted, I would change the year of lying and screwing Americans to 1964 under LBJ.

1965 was, I believe, when Ted Kennedy and the Dems opened up the floodgates to let in massive immigration without the time for assimilation and adaptation to American culture.

After that... we got what we got.

Plus, by that time entire sections of the Democrat were completely in love with Marx/Engels, so... here we are.

“...His history lesson was from 1900 to 1957....”

And you learn history from the people who LIVED it... not from some 30-something Marxist professor in college who never held a real job in his life, spewing revisionist garbage written by some OTHER worthless Marxist “academic”.

I was fortunate to have grown up with WWII Army Airborne combat vet father and Pacific Marine uncles who taught me all I needed to know about my Country, my People, my Heritage, and my Culture - including who the enemy really is and what they’ve been doing to us.

I hear some of the garbage that passes for textbooks now, and it is unbelievable what kids are being taught. And no one stops it.

We need a Curtis LeMay or a George Patton ... and instead we get a Sock Puppet in the White House who only remembers his own name because a teleprompter keeps reminding him of it.

And the dimwit idiots that voted for him aren’t much better.
