Kenya, Pakistan Still Reeling from Terror Attacks

Monday, September 23, 2013

Islamic terrorists launched major attacks in two continents over the weekend, killing more than 80 people in Pakistan and dozens in a hostage standoff at a popular mall in Kenya.

In Pakistan, Christians want the government to provide more protection for minorities after suicide bombs killed more than 80 people Sunday.

And in Kenya, security forces still haven't taken the mall where members of the al Qaeda-linked terrorist group, al-Shabab, killed dozens of non-Muslim shoppers. The group is now holed up with hostages and it is not clear how many have yet been rescued.

The attack there began Saturday, when two groups of gunmen stormed the mall, throwing grenades and opening fire.

Why are Christians being targeted in response to U.S. drone attacks in the area? CBN News Sr. International Reporter Gary Lane explains this and more, on CBN's News Channel Today, Sept. 23.

"There was some panic going on and then another one in quick succession and some gunshots," survivor Heidi Edwards, said.

At least 68 are dead and 175 are wounded, including five Americans and one child.

"It's an enormous offense against everybody's sense of right and wrong," U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said.

Eye witnesses say the gunmen targeted non-Muslims and allowed all Muslims to leave.

"Now we are here to rescue only the Muslims. If you are a Muslim, stand up and go," survivor Elijah Karnau said.

Al-Shabab has claimed responsibility, saying the attack is punishment for Kenya sending troops to fight them in Somalia.

"It's one of the only al Qaeda affiliates which actually has actively recruited here in the United States. There is at least 40 to 50 Somali-Americans (who) have gone from the United States to Somalia to be trained," Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y.

Meanwhile, a wing of the Pakistani Taliban claimed responsibility for the deadliest attack ever on the country's Christian community. Officials say more than 80 people were killed and 140 were wounded.

"I fell down and my daughter, who was in my lap, died in front of me," Tony Khadim, who was wounded in the explosions, said.

The attack happened Sunday as a church service was letting out. A pair of suicide bombers blew themselves up as hundreds of worshippers were coming out of a historic church in Peshawar to get a free meal.

A spokesman for the terrorist group said they will continue to target non-Muslims until the United States stops drone attacks in Pakistan.

Meanwhile, Pakistani Christians are protesting in Karachi, demanding security from the government and the arrest of those responsible for the attack.

Christians make up less than three percent of Pakistan's population and this most recent attack highlights their vulnerability. Roughly 96 percent of the country's 180 million people are Muslim.

First I have read about the suicide bombing of a church congregation in Pakistan. These attacks could be the beginning of an Islamacist terror campaign as pushback for the drone war.

Obama has signaled that he is prepared to openly support and arm Al Qaeda. Terrorists around the world have taken note of this and have increased their activities.

Obama has Al Quaida on the run.

I know because Candy Crowley told me so.

Everybody’s so surprised. There was ample warning. When there are millions of evolutionarily imcomplete humanoid life forms with a violent, world-domination ideology who go out in the streets whooping and yelling “death to infidels” you can expect they will start murdering infidels sometime soon.

When it happens here, there will be big surprise and denial.

It’s a mystery to me. Obama wants to arm and support Al Qaeda in his fight against terror. Look how well that worked out in Kenya.

The Islamacist terrorists the US is supporting in one fashion or another in Iraq and Syria are either allies or have been coopted for the time being by the Saudis. The terrorist in Yemen, Mali, Somalia, and Afghanistan the US military is attacking or droning or whatever are all enemies of the House of Saud, who they see, correctly, as a corrupt and debauched lot. The US is now far more wedded to Saudi Arabia than ever before. The CIA seems to be at the heart of a hidden hand operation disguised as ‘Arab Spring’ whose true goal is to put pro-Saudi Islamists in power across the Fertile Crescent and North Africa. BHO is pro-Saudi Wahhabi Sunni Islam, Brennan may very well be a cryto-Muslim and if so he is the same Sunni type as the Saudis. All the endless attacks on the Bush regime for its too close ties to the Saudis (correct IMHO) are nothing more than a mild flirtation compared to this full court press secret alliance to recreate in some fashion the Caliphate. As part of this project the US armed forces are becoming Saudi proxies and the enemies of the House of Saud are becoming the enemies of the USA. These chickens will come home to roost as the AQ types will figure out how to commit this sorts of attacks on places where Americans gather around the world and in the US eventually. This is going to be 9-11 part 3.

I said something similar to this on another thread and my post was pulled so fast it didn’t even have time to cast a shadow.

Muslims are fine as long as there aren’t many of them.

They have to be culled every so often. Killed back to the point where they are too weak to kill. If allowed to gain strength they will go from moderate to radical in a heartbeat.

The tenets of their religion make a point of this lying and cheating non believers is written right in their book.
