Exclusive--IRS offers True the Vote tax exempt status, files to dismiss lawsuit
Breitbart Big Government ^ | 9/23/13 | Matthew Boyle

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has offered election integrity group True The Vote its tax-exempt status in what appears to be a bid to keep the group from proceeding with discovery on its lawsuit against the agency, Breitbart News has learned exclusively. “We are pleased and relieved that the IRS and the DOJ are finally doing what should have been done three years ago, which is to recognize TTV as a charitable and educational organization, which we have always been and will continue to be,” True The Vote President Catherine Engelbrecht said in a statement provided exclusively to Breitbart News.

Wow. The guv wants to avoid ‘discovery’ which means they have something serious to hide and know they are cooked. TTV should proceed with their lawsuit over how the IRS discriminated against them and harassed them.

It would take a bulldozer to push through the swill and corruption that is the IRS.

The power to tax is the power to destroy. And that is the purpose of the IRS under Obama. It is NOT to fund the government.

I’m of the opinion that even a bulldozer wouldn’t get the job done. We’d need a freight train pulling at full to even budge the amount of corruption that’s completely and thoroughly rooted in the very heart of DC. America as it was founded is buried under so much refuse that I doubt we’ll ever find it again.

Pursuit of the Case would be futile...IMHO

The Government will protect their corruption with the usual tactics:

Stonewall Requests

Claim "National Security Interests" and provide completely sanitized/redacted documents that would prove their Guilt

Refuse to provide and slow-walk the Case through the Courts for YEARS....have the State-Run-Media ignore the issues.

You would think that the Dems would be for any policy that prevents voter fraud since they claim that we are the ones that commit voter fraud.

This is generous?

Let them instead get their status and ALSO drag the IRS name through the mud for many years.

Let it become famous —that the IRS is an illegitimate, high-politicized attack-dog that despises middle-class Americans interested in politics.

Let the term IRS become synonymous with DISHONOR.

Discovery is fun. Interrogatories are funner, and trials are fantastic.

Sue, sue, sue!

Hardly an exclusive. I did data transcription for them in the Scott Walker Wisconsin recall effort. I received an email from TRue the Vote today explaining the matter.

They are. Got a notice this afternoon. They are asking for recovery of all the extra personal info they were forced to divulge and all the expenses that they incurred from the delay.

Of course True the Vote should argue against dismissal, and insist on discovery.
