It’s actually a “Miss Chiquita Delaware” contest, which means “small or little” in Spanish, as I recall.
They probably reported it as “Miss Hispanic Delaware” since half of America would think it’s a Chiquita Banana contest.
I think the full title is LITTLE Miss Hispanic Delaware. It’s some kind of kiddie pageant.
I think the whole thing’s stupid and disgusting. If they can’t have beauty pageants just for whites, then they shouldn’t have them for other races, either.
