Well, I did say that was a questionable presumption. But it may be the one the politicians are using.
As long as everybody is acknowledging that the usurper is getting away with unconstitutional acts like giving Obamacare waivers against the actual language of the law, there’s no reason to presume that ANYTHING will be done lawfully.
