I find it interesting and SOOOOO hypocritical, that all these commies are saying that Obamacare is “the law” and it should stand, yadda yadda, and they refuse to compromise or concede anything. They want their way or nothing...and then they blame the Republicans for the mess they created.

Not only have they not passed a budget in 5+ years, which is AGAINST the law.....

Although the Constitution does not require the president to present an annual budget, in 1921 the Budget and Accounting Act became law and laid the foundation for the modern budget process, which includes the president’s budget. More recently, the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 established a timetable for the annual budget process, which is kicked off each year by the presidential budget submission. The Budget Act specifies that the president’s budget should be presented to Congress on or before the first Monday in February, which generally coincides with the timing of the president’s annual State of the Union Address.

But they don’t even recognize that it is the HOUSE...i.e. Congress that has the power to borrow more money or not;

Article 1; Section 8.

The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States; but all duties, imposts and excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

To borrow money on the credit of the United States;

To make all laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into execution the foregoing powers, and all other powers vested by this Constitution in the government of the United States, or in any department or officer thereof.

The gears of the economy are just starting to get traction. I’ve been hearing this since about a week after he took office. “It’s getting better! Just wait! You’ll see!”

Everything the man says is laughable and demonstrably untrue.. But some people - and the media - seem to lap it up.
