It’s a beautiful thing, the government shut down but Walmart is open in all 57 states!

I like it. They could even provide funding for White House tours just to tweak the SOB.
But no funding for non-essential IRS agents and the ones needed to enforce 0-care.
I also believe that in states that have a Federal exchange (no sate exchange), no subsidy will be available and this should mean that the individual mandate is not enforceable at least for those individuals.
