One thing often heard in media commentary on the shutdown: what must the Chinese think when the US can't even keep its government open? The correct answer: who cares? China's a communist state – its government never sleeps. America's a democracy – if it has an honest disagreement with itself then it debates it openly within the context of law and the Constitution. If things must shutdown for a bit, so be it.
The Founding Fathers divided the US government in order to keep it limited. No, they never thought things would break down quite this way, but then they never thought that elected officials would try to grow the government so large. Since the 1930s, a series of administrations has tried to expand the responsiblities of the federal government far beyond its original remit, usually bypassing the Constitution in order to avoid breaking with it altogether (covert action signed off by the executive, generously interpreting the Commerce Clause etc). Crucially, this was done by both parties with fairly equal contempt for the founding principles of their republic. Democrats gave us the Great Society, Republicans gave us Medicare part D, the Patriot Act and the Iraq War.

Back then in the 1700’s the Colonists did not like Tyranny, and eventually went to War to rid themselves of it.
Today, low-information people, and their “Mainstream” Media’s attitude is: “Tyranny? Is that like “bad” or something?”
High-information people realize that we have had Tyranny imposed on us by our own NINE SUPREMES when they told us that ANY Administration can force us to buy anything they want us to buy as long as it is called a MANDATORY TAX.
The Obama Administration then decreed that the IRS would gather our personal medical information, administer and collect this MANDATORY TAX from us, and or punish us as they saw fit: WITHOUT CONGRESSIONAL REVIEW.
A simple annual, or quarterly increase in the Insurance Premium is all that is needed to increase taxation by the Obama Administration that is not subject to the Constitutional “Advice and Consent” of the United States Congress.
To this point in time, the Obama Administration has been successful in depriving us of Representation in Congress while imposing a mandatory insurance tax on us.
The Obama Administration may call it “Forced Marketing,” but I call it TRYANY !

Federal Workers Beginning To File For Unemployment
Federal furloughed workers are beginning to file for unemployment with the District of Columbia, reports NBC Washington. A spokeswoman for the D.C. Department of Employment said all initial claims needed to be filed online due to increased demand.
Meanwhile, officials in Colorado have braced for an influx of claims.
Both D.C. and Colorado have a one-week waiting period before benefits are paid out.
Who’s processing those claims in DC?! As Diogenesis pointed out Barry and Harry blocked Boehner from funding local government there and the Feds are supposedly shut down? Or is Obama going to give them unemployment now AND back pay once the RINOs are washed away by his crocodile tears?

Impasse is good. Impasse weakens the President ecause he is shown to be powerless to remedy the problem

The solution is:
1.) The Impeachment and Removal from office of Barry Soetoro, aka “B. Hussein Obama;”
2.) Trial and possible incarceration of Barry Soetoro, aka “B. Hussein Obama;”
3.) Repeal and abolition of all programs that “B. Hussein Obama” burdened the US Federal Government with;
4.) Begin the 5 % per year downsizing of all essential Federal Government employees, except the US Military;
5.) Begin the 10 % per year downsizing of all non-essential Federal Government employees;
6.) Begin a 2 year transition program to replace all functions of the IRS with the goal being a flat, sales or fair tax system that requires a minimum of Federal employees.
Continue the downsizing of Federal employees until non-essential Federal Departments, such as the EPA, Education, Energy, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and IRS can be abolished or sold to the highest private bidder.
In summary, reduce the number of people that are paid by tax dollars, and reduce all Welfare payments that are paid for by taxpayer dollars.
Hopefully, this can be done quickly so that at least 2 Trillion Dollars a year surplus can be applied to reduction of the National Debt.
It is all about the US Constitution, and creating a large surplus of taxpayer dollars, ASAP.
